   • Students will work in groups of 3 or 4 to read Generation Me Introduction and summarize paragraphs in the margins.
   • Students will summarize the main ideas/claims of their group's assigned paragraphs, then cite three pieces of evidence to support the ideas/claims.
   • Identify one rhetorical strategy from your list that the author uses in your section and cite the line that shows the strategy.
   • Each group member must record the lines he/she will speak when groups presents on a piece of binder paper.
   • Groups will present summaries, evidence and rhetorical strategies.

   • Base upon the presentations and/or reading of Twenge's introduction to Generation Me, summarize one of Twenge's philosophical assumptions about the age group she calls "generation me".
